Terms of Service

2) Eligibility (adult-only) and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under New Zealand law.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may request age verification.

3) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots/scripts, or interfering with the Service or other users.
• Harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or infringing others’ rights.
• Attempting to buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual currency/items outside the Service.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or accessing the Service in an unauthorised manner.

4) In-app/optional purchases

Some virtual currency/items may be available for purchase. Purchases provide only a limited, personal, revocable licence to use virtual items in the Service and do not confer any real-world value. All prices are displayed at checkout (and may include applicable taxes). Except where required by New Zealand law or the relevant platform’s policies, purchases are non-refundable.

5) Intellectual property and licence

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, content, artwork, logos, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) User content

If you submit content (e.g., chat messages, profile content), you represent you have the rights to do so and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display it to operate, moderate, and improve the Service. You remain responsible for your content.

7) Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or other users, or if required by law. On termination, any virtual currency/items may be forfeited and will not be redeemable.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable).

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of NZD $50 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10) Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. Unless prohibited by law, you agree to bring claims in New Zealand and these Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Courts in Auckland, New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice through the Service. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
